If it conflicts with these Terms, the engagement letter controls.
Free Tax Credit Assessment
Our online tax credit questionnaire is a free, no-obligation estimate. Using it does not create an accountant–client relationship or engage us to perform any services; that happens only through a signed engagement letter.Your report is an estimate based solely on your answers. It is not tax, legal, or accounting advice and is not a determination that your business qualifies for any program. Dollar ranges are approximate, and many programs have requirements, deadlines, caps, and approvals that our questions do not cover. Programs and their rules change, and we do not guarantee that any program listed is available, that you will qualify, or that you will receive any amount. Do not file a return or claim a credit based on the report alone. Talk with one of our accountants first.Some reports include additional programs identified with the help of artificial intelligence. These are labeled separately, have not been verified by our staff, and should be treated as leads to explore, not conclusions.
Your Information
You must be at least 18 and have authority to enter these Terms on behalf of yourself and any business you represent.You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. We rely on what you provide without independent verification.The taxpayer of record remains legally responsible for the content of every return, regardless of who prepares it. Review before you sign.Your report is available through a private link that we send you. Anyone with the link can view it, so keep it private. We may review a report before releasing the full version to you.

If you opt in, Easier Accounting will send automated marketing and informational text messages, including your tax credit results and appointment updates, to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Fees and Third Parties
Fees are set out in your engagement letter or written proposal. Invoices are due upon receipt unless we agree otherwise in writing.Late balances may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5 percent per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Professional fees are earned as work is performed and are non-refundable.The Services may connect with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks, Gusto, and Xero. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
Intellectual Property
Our website, its design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by Easier Accounting or its licensors.Work product prepared under an engagement letter (returns, reports, schedules) is yours to use for the intended business purpose. Templates, checklists, and internal tools remain ours.You retain ownership of the information and records you provide. You grant us a limited license to use those materials to perform the Services.
Acceptable Use and Disclaimers
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, reverse-engineer the site, upload malware, or misrepresent your affiliation. You agree not to submit the questionnaire using automated means or on behalf of a business you are not authorized to represent.The Services are provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.General information on this website is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easier Accounting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business interruption.Our aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of (a) fees you actually paid to Easier Accounting for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory: contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
Indemnification and Governing Law
You agree to indemnify Easier Accounting from third-party claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or inaccurate or unlawful information you supplied.These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.For disputes not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Washington County, Utah.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer or Commercial Rules.Arbitration takes place in Washington County, Utah, or another location the parties agree to. The award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.This provision does not prevent either party from bringing an individual action in small-claims court, or from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property or confidentiality breaches.
Class Waiver and Opt-Out
Each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.You may opt out of arbitration and this class waiver by sending written notice to hello@easieraccounting.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.Include your full name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you are opting out. Opting out does not affect any other provision.
